Salary: £18,000 pro rata – per annum
InEnergy Limited is a small but ambitious B2B energy brokerage and cost management solutions service provider, working closely with established energy suppliers to provide our North region-wide client base with a bespoke, value-driven energy management service.
We require a Client Relationship Manager to service our clients through delivery of an unrivalled combination of solution building, client service quality and contract pricing. You will enjoy building and maintaining strong client relationships through solving their issues and ensuring we deliver against their energy requirements, resulting in high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention.
You will capture referrals of potential clients through our referrals incentive programme for existing clients and engage with these prospective clients to provide them with winning propositions and service quality. You will help to build the business with new ideas and realisation of new opportunities.
You will be a commercially-minded client services professional, perhaps gained in a billing section of an energy/utilities company; self-motivated, analytical and logical, with the strong personal engagement and influencing skills necessary to win client trust and generate their confidence in InEnergy as their ‘go-to’ energy broker.
The role is offered on a part-time basis of 22.5 hours per week (4.5 hours – Monday to Friday), with some flexibility as to how those hours are worked.
